A packaging partner focused on low runs and many designs
Grexprint exists to solve one specific problem: brands that need several different designs in small quantities — colour boxes of any kind, whatever the product inside — cannot get professional offset packaging without ordering volumes they do not need.
In short
Grexprint grew out of an in-house print facility that had to handle many different designs in short runs, and still works the same way today. Its shared-plate production model places compatible artwork on shared plate layouts and books press time per design, so small orders run as genuine offset rather than a substitute process.
Grex comes from "group"
The name carries the idea we build everything around: the group. A group of designs on one plate layout, a group of suppliers and production steps planned as one programme, and a group of documents delivered together with every run.
We work only on packaging that is needed in small quantities but in many design variants — colour boxes, labels, inserts, manuals and the brand printed material that goes with them. We do not take general creative, advertising or stationery print work, because spreading capacity across unrelated jobs is exactly what makes low-volume runs expensive elsewhere.
Our focus
- Low runs, many designs
- Low MOQ, repeatable offset runs
- EU PPWR-ready documentation
- Europe-first, worldwide shipping
The shared-plate production model
Plate cost is the main reason small orders are pushed toward compromise processes. We restructure that cost at the scheduling level rather than discounting quality away.
- Compatible jobs — similar substrate, coating and finish requirements — are scheduled in the same press window.
- Their artworks are imposed onto shared plate layouts, so one set of plates carries several designs.
- Press time and sheet allocation are tracked per design; each brand keeps its own colour targets and references.
- Sheets are cut, finished and packed per design, then shipped against the original order without mixing.
Your order is never dependent on another customer's artwork: each design keeps its own plates files, colour references and traceability record.
Packaging that passes the next checkpoint
A carton that looks right can still block a shipment if material declarations are missing or a batch cannot be traced. We saw how often that happens to small brands with several designs in parallel, so documentation became part of our standard deliverable.
- EU PPWR supporting documentation
- Material composition verification reports
- Batch-level production traceability records
What this replaces
Instead of chasing a print shop, a testing lab and a consultant separately, you get printed packaging and its compliance record from one responsible supplier.
Europe first, worldwide by default
Our regular lanes serve Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands, with the rest of the EU covered under the same documentation standard. We also ship to the UK, North America and other destinations — the compliance dossier travels with the goods wherever they go.
What changes for you
- Custom printed boxes in small batches — no forced stock build-up
- Offset quality instead of a compromise short-run process
- Full compliance documentation set for EU sales, reducing PPWR review risk
- One supplier for boxes, labels, inserts and manuals
