Amazon FBA Compliant Packaging & Printing for Electronics Sellers

Most packaging printers only focus on colour and finish. They do not understand Amazon FBA receiving requirements. Misplaced barcodes, reflective label stock, incorrect polybag warnings, non-approved cushioning or invalid insert designs cause rejected inventory, unexpected prep fees, holdbacks and delayed launches for your Amazon listings.

Grexprint delivers offset printed electronics packaging pre-aligned with Amazon FBA specifications. We combine FBA-ready artwork and construction rules with our shared-plate low-volume offset model, material verification, batch traceability and EU PPWR compliance support for brands selling on Amazon Europe.

Amazon FBA aligned offset printing + EU PPWR, Spanish RD1055 packaging marking support, traceability and material verification for electronics brands selling on Amazon Europe.

In short

Grexprint prints Amazon FBA ready packaging for electronics sellers: offset colour boxes, FNSKU barcode labels, compliant inserts and safety booklets, produced in low volumes through a shared-plate model and delivered with EU PPWR documentation, material verification and batch traceability for Amazon Europe.

Amazon FBA readiness

Amazon FBA packaging requirements we support

  • FNSKU and UPC barcode labels — printed at 300 DPI on non-reflective stock, with clear quiet zones and placement guidance to avoid scan failures at Amazon fulfilment centres. Available on roll or sheet format, or integrated directly onto your colour cartons.
  • Polybag safety marking — warning layouts following Amazon’s thickness, labelling and visibility rules for loose electronic accessories and small components.
  • SIOC / Ships in Own Container — box construction guidance; we produce rigid and folding cartons built to SIOC shape rules to help reduce Amazon outbound packaging surcharges.
  • Amazon-approved protective inserts — liner cards and box dividers. We avoid loose foam, packing peanuts and shredded filler that risk FBA rejection.
  • Compliant printed inserts — warranty cards, quick-start guides and safety leaflets that follow Amazon restrictions against unsolicited review-request inserts and prohibited marketing slips.
  • Traceability marking layouts — date code, batch and serial number marking for regulated electronics categories.

DUAL COMPLIANCE — AMAZON FBA + EU PPWR
Dual compliance

Dual compliance for Amazon Europe sellers

This is our key differentiator for brands selling into European Amazon marketplaces. Your packaging is produced following Amazon FBA receiving rules, and we deliver the full supporting compliance pack alongside every production run:

  • EU PPWR supporting documentation
  • Material composition verification reports for paper, board and surface finishes
  • Batch-level traceability records from plate creation through to shipment

Spain — RD 1055/2022 (Amazon.es)

  • For household electronics packaging sold in Spain, packaging must clearly show the correct waste collection fraction for consumers, starting from 1 Jan 2025.
  • No mandatory fixed pictogram is required. Text indication of the waste stream is acceptable.
  • Separate marking is needed for separable packaging materials (cardboard, plastic blister inserts).
  • We prepare artwork aligned with Ecoembes guidance, alongside EU PPWR documentation for Amazon.es sellers.

Please note: we handle printing compliance and artwork only. Spanish EPR registration and the ENV/xxxx ERN number remain the responsibility of the brand owner or importer. References: TRIS notification (RD 1055/2022), Ecoembes marking FAQ.

Germany — VerpackG / LUCID (Amazon.de)

  • Manufacturers and importers must be registered in the LUCID packaging register (Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister) before any sales packaging enters the German market.
  • Sales packaging must additionally be signed up to a dual system (duales System) for kerbside collection.
  • Amazon.de verifies the LUCID registration number in its EPR checks; missing details lead to deactivation of the affected ASINs.
  • We lay out artwork to VerpackG requirements and document material composition per component, alongside EU PPWR documentation.

Please note: we handle printing compliance and artwork only. LUCID registration and dual-system participation contracts remain the responsibility of the brand owner or importer. Reference: ZSVR — Packaging Register (LUCID).

France — AGEC law / Triman marking (Amazon.fr)

  • Household packaging placed on the French market must carry the Triman marking.
  • From 2023 the ICON_ELEMENTS applies: a single mandatory pictogram per recyclable component, or the sorting information in text form.
  • Each separable element of the pack needs its own recycling instruction, including plastic inserts and films.
  • Amazon.fr requires a valid UID; we prepare artwork to French marking rules and align it with EU PPWR documentation.

Please note: we handle printing compliance and artwork only. French EPR registration and the UID remain the responsibility of the brand owner or importer. Reference: Ministry for Ecological Transition, EU PPWR Regulation (EU) 2025/40.

No extra compliance vendor required. One print partner handles both Amazon warehouse acceptance and EU packaging regulation obligations.

Common questions

Amazon FBA packaging questions

Can one print supplier cover both Amazon FBA rules and EU PPWR compliance?

Yes. Grexprint produces packaging to Amazon FBA receiving rules and delivers EU PPWR supporting documentation, material composition verification and batch-level traceability records with every run, so no separate compliance vendor is needed.

Can you print small quantities for Amazon test SKUs?

Yes. Our shared-plate production model groups compatible artwork onto shared plate layouts and allocates press time per design, so multiple ASINs or small test batches run as genuine offset instead of digital print.

Do you support SIOC packaging?

We produce folding cartons and rigid boxes built to SIOC shape and construction rules, helping reduce Amazon outbound packaging surcharges while protecting the product in transit.

Do Amazon.es listings need extra Spanish packaging marking?

Do Amazon.de listings require German packaging registration?

Yes. Anyone placing sales packaging on the German market must be registered in the LUCID packaging register (ZSVR) before the first sale, and the packaging must be signed up to a dual system for kerbside collection. Amazon.de checks the LUCID number during its EPR verification. We handle the printed artwork and material documentation; the LUCID registration itself stays with the brand owner or importer.

What French marking applies to Amazon.fr packaging?

Household packaging sold in France must carry the Triman breakdown marking. Since 2023 one mandatory pictogram per recyclable component is required, or the sorting information in text form, and each separable element — including plastic inserts and films — needs its own instruction. Amazon.fr requires a valid UID. We prepare the artwork; French EPR registration and the UID stay with the brand owner or importer.
